You can delete your Saju and Me account and the data in it at any time. You do not need the app installed to request deletion.

1. How to delete

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in to the Saju and Me app or at sajuandme.com.
2. Tap the account button (your profile photo) at the top right.
3. Tap Delete account, then Delete permanently in the confirmation.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Request by email

If you have removed the app or cannot sign in, email support@sajuandme.com and ask us to delete your account. Please write from the email address you signed up with so we can confirm it is you. We delete the account without delay and let you know when it is done.

2. What is deleted

• Account details: name or nickname, email address, profile photo, sign-in sessions
• Your Google, Apple or Kakao sign-in link (for Kakao and Apple we also disconnect the link on their side)
• Profiles: nickname, gender, date of birth, time and place of birth, relationship, occupation
• Your Saju chart and Saju summary
• Questions and answers, conversation summaries, and what Hyeon has remembered about you
• Device notification registration
• Reviews you shared on the home page (taken down and their content erased)

3. What we keep after deletion

• Payment and contract records are kept for 5 years and consumer complaint records for 3 years, as required by Korean e-commerce law. These records do not contain your conversations.
• Share-reward and abuse-prevention records are changed so they no longer identify you, and only the minimum needed to confirm rewards and prevent repeat use is kept.

4. If you subscribed in the app

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription made through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first in that store’s subscription settings, then delete your account.

5. Deleting only part of your data

• One profile: delete it on the profile screen. Its chart, conversations and memories go with it.
• Memories only: choose ‘Have Hyeon forget me’ from the Hyeon menu on the chat screen to erase what Hyeon has remembered.
