Recurring Payment Terms
Effective October 23, 2026
1. Purpose and scope
These terms set out how the monthly subscription fee for Saju and Me, operated by 늘메이크(NEULMAKE) (“we”), is charged automatically. They apply separately from the Terms of Service; anything not covered here follows the Terms of Service.
They apply to payments made on the web. If you subscribed in an app (App Store or Google Play), payment, cancellation and refunds follow that store's policies and procedures.
2. How you are charged
- When you first subscribe, you register a payment method on the payment screen (credit or debit card, or another method shown there). After that, the fee is charged automatically to that method on each billing date, without further authentication.
- Card details are entered directly into the window of the payment processor connected through PortOne. We never receive or store them. We keep only the automatic-payment identifier issued by the processor.
- You are charged in the currency shown on the payment screen. Once subscribed, you are always charged in the same currency.
- International website payments in US dollars (USD) are not available yet.
- To change your payment method, email support@sajuandme.com.
3. When and how much
- The first charge is made when you subscribe, then the same fee is charged on your billing date each month. The billing date is set from the day after you subscribe; in months without that date, you are charged on the last day of the month.
- Prices for each plan are as shown on the plans screen and in Article 4 of the Terms of Service.
- If you upgrade, you are charged immediately the new plan's monthly fee minus the value of the unused days on your current plan, and a new billing period starts that day. If you downgrade, the lower fee applies from your next billing date.
- 3 days before each billing date, we email you the date and amount.
- If a charge fails (for example, insufficient funds), we retry once a day for 3 days. Your plan stays in place meanwhile, but the new month's conversations are added only after payment succeeds. If it still fails, your account moves to the free tier.
- Subscriber-only conversation passes are paid for in a separate payment window for each purchase and never repeat automatically.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the plans screen. After cancelling, you will not be charged from your next billing date, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
5. Cancellations of charges and refunds
- If you cancel within 7 days of the start of a billing period and have not used any subscription conversations in it, we refund the full fee for that period.
- After you have used conversations, we refund the prorated amount for the remaining days, and the subscription ends immediately.
- Conversation passes: full refund within 7 days if unused; otherwise a refund for the unused conversations. Passes are valid for 1 year(s) from purchase; expired conversations are not refunded.
- If you were charged by mistake or twice for the same period, we cancel the charge in full as soon as we confirm it.
- Refunds go back to the method you paid with and may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer or processor.
- Details follow Article 6 of the Terms of Service.
6. Disputes
- You can select “Request a refund” in the plans section at any time, 24 hours a day.
- If you disagree with an amount, date or refund, contact us: phone 070-4554-3215 · email support@sajuandme.com
- We reply within 3 business days of receiving your request and cancel or refund immediately if the error is ours.
- You may also raise a dispute with Kakao Pay (if you paid with Kakao Pay) or your card issuer. If we cannot resolve it together, you may apply for mediation with the Korea Consumer Agency (1372).
7. When automatic payment stops
Automatic payment may stop if you close the registered card, leave Kakao Pay, or at the request of an authority or the payment processor. Your account then moves to the free tier as described in Article 3, and you need to register a payment method again to resubscribe.
8. Changes to these terms
We announce changes in the service 7 days before they take effect, and email you 30 days in advance if the amount or conditions change to your disadvantage. If you do not agree, you may cancel before your next billing date.
